Picture it. A foreboding house on a hill, with windows like eyes that have seen a hundred lives. It's perched there, undaunted by you as you decide to enter. (That's right. You are going to go in the front door just like everyone in the movies who trots in instead of turning and running away!)
What's more harmless that a little child having a pretend tea party with some freaky looking dolls? She's a sweet child, keeps her room tidy and always does what Mama says. She's not afraid of this old house; in fact, some say she has made something of a friend of the old mansion.
When asked about the voices in the hallways and the faces in the shadows, she simply muses, "They are my friends." At night when before she drifts to sleep, she breaks into a silly grin at the memory of her baby sitters bolting out the front door her dolls start to act out. After all, she loves her babies. Only occasionally does she lose her temper with them.
Go on up the stairs. This child wants you to join her tea party! She's made her bed, set the table and combed her long cold-black locks -- just for you. Can you hear the music playing? She is ready for her guest. You may be the one babysitter who doesn't run away! But if you do, she'll find another one. She always finds another one.
Can you withstand the tension? Can you overcome your fear? It's just a house like any other house! It's just a couple of lifeless dolls. What could possibly happen? Watch American Horror Story Fan-made film here.
